No questions asked. Just tell me your name so I can find your order in the system (you don't even have to keep your receipt) and you will get a new necklace! Or bracelet. Or anklet. Whatever you had originally purchased.
One Lifetime Warranty purchase is valid for One piece of jewelry. If you want the lifetime warranty for all the baltic amber in your order, please purchase multiple warranties. In the case of multiple items but only one warranty purchased, the warranty will cover the lowest priced item in that order.
Lifetime warranty must be purchased at the same time as the item it is covering.
💜 We will do our best to replace the exact item you originally had, however if we are not selling it anymore, etc, then we will replace with the item of your choice of similar cost - or store credit.
