Return Policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase at any point within the first 30 days of receiving it - please let us know! We will gladly accept the item back and issue a full refund or store credit. Your choice.

If it has been longer than 30 days and you decide you don't like your jewelry, we will be more than happy to offer you full store credit on future purchases with the return of the item/s.

If your jewelry breaks for any reason, within the first year of purchase, we will gladly offer a replacement or store credit. 

Your happiness and health are our goal!!

 

Shipping:

We offer fast handling times, often same day! for all in stock items. If for some reason the handling time will be longer than 3 days, we will contact you. We ship first class with tracking via USPS unless otherwise preferred.  

Shipping on special orders will take from 2-4 weeks depending on location.

** All shipping and handling times are subject to unforeseen delays due to inclement weather, etc. Baltic Amber Avenue will do our best to get your items to you in a timely manner, but sometimes it is out of our control. Thank you for being understanding!

 

Holiday Ordering:

Handling time stay the same! 1-3 days for all in stock items. Please note that Baltic Amber Avenue cannot be held responsible for delays at the USPS due to large volumes at certain times of the year. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we make no guarantees to delivery deadlines.
